Project objectives

Hand in Hand was solicited to provide a methodological approach to prioritize brand / channels / geographies couples and support the design of the client international development strategy.

Phase 1

Designing

Design of the approach (potential / capacity to win), through a number of criteria across existing and new geographies for the group
Phase 2

Prioritization

Prioritization exercise led with Marketing & Sales Director, with a potential for further growth of 64Mn€ split between current and new geographies
Phase 3

Growth plan

Restitution of the growth plan to the Advisory Council of the client, with means associated and proper phasing
Results

Designed ad hoc approach corresponding to the client needs and existing data

Prioritization exercise supported by xls model and data visualization

Growth plan support to design, for a presentation of the General Manager to the Advisory Council
