Diagnosis of the BU through interviews and data analysis

Restitution of diagnosis with improvement areas co-built with teams
Implementation
Follow up of execution through proper communication and monitoring of KPIs
Full 360 diagnosis identifying strengths on which to capitalize and improvement areas
Workshops animation on key improvement areas identified and respective action plan construction with the teams
